*Subah 7 baje - Uthte hi*

- 1 glass garam doodh + 1 chammach ghee + 3-4 bhige badam

- 1 anaar ya 1 kela

*Nashta 9 baje*

- 3 anda bhurji ya 2 besan chilla + dahi

- 2 bread butter + 1 glass banana shake

- 10g Protein powder doodh me


*Lunch 1 baje*

- 3 roti ghee lagake

- 1 katori daal + 1 katori sabzi

- 1 katori chawal + dahi

- Salad + 1 chammach peanut butter


*Sham 5 baje Snack*

- Muthi bhar bhune chane + kishmish

- 1 glass lassi ya chhachh

- 2 khajur


*Dinner 8 baje*

- 2 roti + paneer sabzi / chicken

- 1 katori daal chawal

- 1 glass doodh sone se pehle


*Total: ∼2000-2200 Calorie | 65-70g Protein*
